I absolutely cherish shopping! The holidays are right around the corner, and nothing makes me happier than buying gifts for those I love.

My favorite guy to shop for is my partner. He likes getting gifts. It could be as small as a candy bar, and he gets super happy which makes it so worth it. This past year, I had a bad experience trying to get my partner a certain tool set that he wanted. The particular store that it was in, I tend to avoid as much as possible because it is always super crowded, but I went there to get the deal on his tool set. It was packed with people. I was there for over three hours, and it was obnoxiously warm in the building. I asked an friend why it was so hot, and he said that the heat was stuck on. It had been stuck on for over a afternoon, and they could not get an HVAC company to come repair it until the following afternoon. It had to have been over ninety degrees in that store, and I felt so bad for the employees. They were all in shorts and t-shirts which I do not blame them for even though it was only about twenty degrees outside. The friend that I talked to said that everyone that was laboring took turns just going outside to keep them from having a heat stroke. I went back about three afternoons later, and thankfully, the HVAC company must have been able to repair the heating system because the store was a normal temperature that time.
