I absolutely love shopping! The holidays are right around the corner, and nothing makes me happier than buying gifts for those I love.
It is one of my favorite things to do.
My favorite person to shop for is my husband. He loves getting gifts. It could be as small as a candy bar, and he gets super excited which makes it so worth it. This past year, I had a terrible experience trying to get my husband a certain tool set that he wanted. The particular store that it was in, I tend to avoid as much as possible because it is always super crowded, but I went there to get the deal on his tool set. It was packed with people. I was there for over three hours, and it was obnoxiously hot in the building. I asked an associate why it was so hot, and she said that the heat was stuck on. It had been stuck on for over a day, and they could not get an HVAC company to come fix it until the following day. It had to have been over ninety degrees in that store, and I felt so bad for the employees. They were all in shorts and t-shirts which I do not blame them for even though it was only about twenty degrees outside. The associate that I talked to said that everyone that was working took turns just going outside to keep them from having a heat stroke. I went back about three days later, and thankfully, the HVAC company must have been able to fix the furnace because the store was a normal temperature that time.
