Trying to fit new gaming desk in house without covering up vents

My coworker is expecting his first baby in two months and he asked if I would like to buy his gaming computer for cheap.

His gaming room is now going to be the baby’s room, and of course I jumped on the opportunity.

My coworker had a sick gaming room and I have been envious for a long time. So I was extra gleeful when he decided to throw in his desk and chair for an extra hundred dollars. He even helped me take everything back to my house where my nice friend and I started setting it up. That is when my nice friend and I ran into an issue. My house is very small and my Heating, Ventilation plus A/C vents are all on the floor. It seemed that there was no way to have my couch, the TV, and a gaming computer all in my study room without covering up the only vents in the study room. It was like trying to play one of those seasoned block games as my nice friend and I shuffled furniture around my study room. It gets very overheated in this part of the country so covering up my cooling system vents is simply not an option. I had a similar issue when I first moved into this house and I had to try to make my bed and dresser fit in the kitchen without covering up the one Heating, Ventilation plus A/C vent in there. I did end up making that work. My coworker and I ended up making my study room configuration labor out too. The best part is that the cooling system vent will be 1 foot from me while I’m gaming. I will stay nice and cool and comfortable. I can’t wait.
