Annoying smart thermostat with low battery

Now I’ve had my smart thermostat for about two weeks and it won’t stop bconnecting with a low battery alert.

I recently had a brand new thermostat installed in my house. I have lived in my new house for about 15 years and my seasoned thermostat was particularly 10 years older than that so it’s particularly time for an replace. I thought it might be a good idea to do some research on the newest technology and thermostats! After doing some online research I found that smart thermostats are the way of the future, but you can control the temperature of your house on your smart iPhone. I don’t have to worry about changing the air filters and other maintenance because the app on your iPhone reminds you. So I called a local Heating and Air Conditioning corporation and they installed the smart thermostat for me. However, I believe the Heating and Air Conditioning professional that installed my smart thermostat didn’t know what they were doing. Now I’ve had my smart thermostat for about two weeks and it won’t stop bconnecting with a low battery alert. There’s no way I have a low battery despite the fact that I can’t get a hold of anyone at the local Heating and Air Conditioning corporation and I easily don’t know what to do. I reached out to the manufacturer of the smart thermostat and I can’t get a response either. I believe either the smart thermostat was not installed officially or I have a faulty device. I’m starting to get upset and wish I had my seasoned thermostat, maybe I should just go back in time and never get the smart thermostat installed.
