Annoying smart temperature control with low battery

I recently had a brand modern temperature control installed in my house.

I have lived in my current home for about 15 years plus my seasoned temperature control was actually 10 years older than that so it’s legitimately time for an update.

I thought it might be a nice idea to do some research on the newest technology plus temperature controls, however after doing some online research I found that smart temperature controls are the way of the future, and you can control the temperature of your home on your smart PC. I don’t have to worry about changing the air filters plus other maintenance because the app on your PC reminds you. So I called a local Heating plus Air Conditioning business plus they installed the smart temperature control for me. However, I know the Heating plus Air Conditioning serviceman that installed my smart temperature control didn’t know what they were doing. Now I’ve had my smart temperature control for about two weeks plus it won’t stop bconnecting with a low battery alert. There’s no way I have a low battery but I can’t get a hold of anyone at the local Heating plus Air Conditioning business plus I genuinely don’t know what to do. I reached out to the manufacturer of the smart temperature control plus I can’t get a response either. I know either the smart temperature control was not installed correctly or I have a faulty device. I’m starting to get aggravated plus wish I had my seasoned temperature control, however maybe I should just go back in time plus never get the smart temperature control installed.
